Emotional Wellness is a 10 Hours Program that introduces trainees to the emotional dimension of wellness, providing practical ways to manage emotions that can impact daily activities and relationships at work and at home. Interactive challenges, viewer emails and tweets address common questions, along with exercises that prompt learners to reflect and improve their own emotional wellness.
